Just like our Peakshape programs we keep progressive overload in mind for your weekly workouts. Each workout represents a number of Peak points. Your Peakshape coach will assist you in creating your weekly Peak points based on where you are in your transformation journey and the goals you want to achieve.

28 Day Sprints

We deliver our programs in 28 day sprints. This encourages narrowed focus to break down your goals for sustained momentum, moving forward to climbing your personal Everest. 

Base Camp

The Base Camp program is your perfect partner in achieving better daily functionality and performance. With a focus on improving the body’s range of motion, it doesn’t involve high impact exercises that can strain your body.

Peak Strength is the cornerstone for every successful body transformation. The focus on building strength and muscle mass with progressive overload is vital to achieving peak shape and maintaining it as we age. Peak Strength workouts will unlock your fountain of youth and lower your biological age.
