In the world of health and nutrition, finding the right path can feel like navigating a maze. We’ve dedicated over a decade to delving into science-based literature and learning from trial and error. The key lesson we’ve uncovered is this: if you can’t stick to it, what’s the point?
This realisation led us to develop an approach to nutrition that’s so simple it’s named K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple & Sustainable). the 8 week transformation program is designed for people who are ready to create change and build longevity for there health. this is a 7 STEP system designed to be run over 8 weeks to see more about the program which check out the 7 steps outline below.

How It Works
Tailored 1 on 1 coaching sessions that transform your nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness. Our holistic approach goes beyond nutrition and exercise to address sleep, stress management, mindset and any hormonal or metabolic factors that could be a barrier for you.
Step 1 – It would be fair to says its pretty hard to score when we don’t goal post’s to aim at, Goal Setting can be tricky without some knowledge & structure. in the beginning we first sit down together and spend time gaining a deeper understanding about you as a person what drives you and what your specific goals are then a set a strategy to achieve them.
Step 2 -Accountability and Discipline these behaviours and traits that are the foundation for transformation Success by providing a tailored success map for habits and behaviours added in with weekly check in’s to ensure you stay on track for success
Step 3 – Nutrition is the highest priority this is not a diet!. The peakshape nutrition Coaching system is a tailored education based program designed for your needs by Using female and male specific science based strategies taking into account your age the stage you are at in life, and any other factors at play to ensure we build the best plan possible
Step 4 sleep and mindfulness are essential when looking to take on real change in our life. If our sleep is up to scratch being your best is bloody hard and obtaining body composition changes is difficult too, using sleep coaching tools we can help implement better sleep. mindfulness practices help us connect to experiences and therefore obtain better and longer lasting results its okay if this meditation isn’t for you not problem but its something we can help with.
Step 5 – Exercise, Most people put exercise first When thinking of improving there health We believe this is because diving into 5-6 workouts without having sleep & nutrition matched is a quick road to burnout and lack of results. starting you off with the correct amount of sessions and correct exercise selection is the sustainable method . Our small group training is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness from 16 – 70 years old.

we have the expertise to support you so you can move and progress at your own pace, we focus heavily on educating you on the knowledge of how to complete each exercise & how to apply progressive overload which ensures consistency and results.
Step 6 – hormonal health hormones are a big factor in modern society over many years of personal experience and experience working with men & women with menopause, andropause, gut health and other metabolic issues and along with regularly upskilling on the latest science based information we have gained a great understanding and built coaching & support tools to help you improve your hormonal health.
Step 7– the transformation road map This is final piece of the puzzle when we bring all the education and execution together, in our final platinum coaching session we design your on-going plan and long term goals and habits to focus on to create your sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
