The Body Blueprint is my personal experience of losing over 50 kg and coaching several clients to achieve their goals over the last decade or more.
All boiled down into an easy-to-follow program with the help of Nathan Crisfield. This is not a cookie-cutter meal plan or crash diet. How It Works

The Body Blueprint is an 8-week coached program through the Peakshape app, your full resource centre. You will have unlimited access to your coach for motivation and accountability. After sign up you will participate in a one-on-one discovery session with Rhys or Nathan, to help us understand your needs and goals to create your custom program. 

One-on-one online transformation coaching that can be done anywhere based on your needs and goals. 

In addition to your current studio membership at Peakshape studios.
